No! While this class is perfect for first-time parents, it's also beneficial for seasoned parents who want to improve their breastfeeding skills, have experienced challenges in the past, or are looking for a refresher.
-
It’s best to take the class between 24-36 weeks of pregnancy, so you have time to absorb the information and apply it once your baby arrives. However, it's never too late to take the class—early preparation is key, but it’s also helpful to learn as you approach your due date.
-
This class focuses on breastfeeding, but many of the concepts we cover, such as feeding cues, bonding, and establishing a feeding routine, are valuable for parents choosing other feeding options. You’ll gain insights that can help with any feeding method.
-
You will have access to a community of other parents through my private what’s app group to discuss any prenatal concerns. You will receive a discount on future services which will be communicated via e-mail and the what’s app group.
